Stay in the Annexe

We have a large guesthouse on the farm called the Annexet, which was built in 2014. The house is a two-storey house of 100m2 and half the house is open to nock. The short side is completely glazed against a large balcony overlooking the horse garden with Östersund and Frösön as a backdrop.

Upstairs is a master bedroom with a large 180cm continental bed. There is also a small toilet with a sink. Upstairs also has a living room with a sofa bed for two, reading chair and a TV with satellite channels.

The downstairs bedroom has a 160cm’s double bed with its own sink and is attached to the Annexe bathroom. The bathroom has a large shower, washer, dryer, changing table and ironing facilities.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, hob, kettle, soda, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also a coffee machine that is free to use during your stay. The Annexet has wireless Wifi and built-in Sono sound system with Spotify free to use.

The large room is the heart of the house with over 5m to the ceiling with a large crystal chandelier. There is also a large dining table, fireplace and double door to the large terrace. Two two-seater sofas and armchairs, sofas are also sofa beds if more beds are desired. There is also an advanced massage chair that is free to use for guests.

Part of the Annexet is usually used as a hairdressing salon but is rebuilt when renting. The Annexe is usually available Thursday-Sunday but during the summer and at events throughout the week. Upon check in on Thursdays, it may be a little later, so it takes a while to change. You are of course welcome and waiting for us to be ready.

The beds are ready when you arrive with linen from a hotel laundry. Final cleaning is added to the daily price and you take care of the Annex during your stay.

Adjacent there are good parking facilities with engine heaters for cold winter mornings.The annex is animal and non-smoking.

If you want to live in a luxurious country setting in a quiet and relaxing environment, yet close to town, this is the perfect place. Open and comfortable accommodation with space for up to 7 people and a child in cot. The annex has become popular for families and couples traveling to Jämtland.

Here you can hang out and cook together without any stress or need. View of Östersund and Frösön with horses grazing in the foreground, it becomes very harmonious.

The beds are ready when you arrive with linen from a hotel laundry. Final cleaning is added to the daily price and you take care of the Annex during your stay.

Check-in and check-out:
Normal check-in is 4:00 PM, but depending on whether we have any guests the day before, check-in can be done from 12:00 PM. If we have guests checking out the same day who stay until 12:00 PM and there is a lot of cleaning and making beds, check-in can be delayed, but never later than 5:00 PM. These few times we will inform you that we need a little more time or that check-in can be done earlier.
