Welcome to the Annex – our spacious guest house at Stallbackens Gård. The Annex was built in 2014 and is a detached two-storey house of approximately 100 m². Part of the house has an open ceiling with a height of more than five metres and large windows facing the spacious terrace. From here, you can enjoy views over the farm’s horse paddocks, with Östersund and Frösön in the background. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 180 cm continental bed and a small toilet with a washbasin. There is also a lounge area with a sofa bed, reading chair and TV. Downstairs, there is a second bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, located close to the bathroom. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a large shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, changing table and ironing facilities. The main living room is the heart of the house, with its high open ceiling and plenty of space for spending time together. It has a large dining table, fireplace, sofas and armchairs, as well as double doors leading out to the terrace. The sofas can also be used as extra beds. Guests are also welcome to use the massage chair. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, SodaStream and coffee machine. The Annex also has Wi-Fi and a built-in Sonos sound system. The beds are made on arrival, and bed linen and towels are included. Final cleaning is carried out by us. Any cleaning fee will be shown at the time of booking. The large terrace offers plenty of space for meals and relaxing outdoors during warm days and light summer evenings. A barbecue is available for guests to use. There is convenient parking next to the Annex, including access to an engine heater during the winter season. The Annex is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. We took over Stallbackens Gård in August 2026 and look forward to welcoming both new and returning guests to the Annex. A warm welcome to the Annex at Stallbackens Gård! The Annex can accommodate up to seven guests, as well as one child in a cot, and is well suited to families, couples and small groups. The beds are made on arrival, and bed linen and towels are included. Final cleaning is carried out by us. Any cleaning fee will be shown at the time of booking. Standard check-in is from 4:00 pm. If the Annex is vacant the night before your arrival, earlier check-in may sometimes be possible. Check-out is by 12:00 noon. For now, the easiest way to book the Annex is through Booking.com.
